Serenity Box Co is a monthly lifestyle subscription box making the purchasing of CBD products easy.
It depends on which Serenity Box you choose to buy. The Serenity Starter Box is £XX.XX and the Serenity Pro Box is £XX.XX when purchased as a one-off, with discounted prices for 3, 6 and 12 month plans.
The 1 month Pay Monthly subscription plan is renewed automatically every month until you cancel. You will need to cancel your subscription by the 14th of the month, if you no longer want to receive any further Serenity Boxes.
For the 3, 6 and 12 month Pay Upfront subscriptions, you pay in advance and your subscription will automatically renew after this time unless you decide to cancel. If you wish to opt out of the renewal you must cancel your Pay Upfront subscription before the 14th day of the final box / month to avoid the renewal of your plan.
Please note that orders in progress cannot be cancelled.
The number of products will range between 4 to 6 each month. But don’t worry, each box will save you at least 30% if you were to buy the products individually.
We ship your first box immediately after the order is placed. Delivery can take 3-5 business days from when the package leaves the warehouse. All subsequent boxes after the first month are shipped within an estimated 14 business days after the month’s subscription payment is received.
Cancellations must be made by the 15th of the month to ensure you are not charged for that month’s box
Delivery is made via Royal Mail. When your Serenity Box is dispatched, you will receive a [COURIER NAME] tracking number.
Click on the [LOGIN ICON] at the [LOCATION] of the website. Use your email address and password to log into your account.
Log into your Account and click the Update button in the Delivery Address section. This takes you to your Address Book. Select the active address you wish to change and click Change Delivery Address. On the Active Delivery Address page, change your address details and click Confirm.
The most common reason is that the cancellation did not take place within the subscription deadline. Your monthly subscription to Serenity Box Co must be cancelled by the 14th of the desired final month (e.g. you must cancel by the 14th of February if you wish for the February box to be your final month).
You cannot cancel a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription early. You can opt to cancel at any time however the cancellation will only be viable at the end of the term. You must cancel before the 14th of the final month. A cancellation before expiration will not cancel or refund the remaining delivery orders, as it only stops the renewal at expiration.
We ship within an estimated 14 business days after the beginning of each month. Delivery can take 3-5 business days from when the package leaves the warehouse.
Your box should arrive within 3-5 working days of receiving your dispatch email. If your box has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, including your tracking number and address details.
Unfortunately some parcels do not receive careful treatment in transit. If you receive a damaged or broken item in your box, please email us at email@example.com with details and a photograph of the damaged item/s so that we can help. We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If an identical item is not available, we will offer an alternative item/s of the same or higher value. Should this not be possible, we reserve the right to refund the relevant amount back to your payment method (for example, if 1 of 5 products arrived damaged and we are unable to provide an identical item or item of the same or higher value, we reserve the right to refund 20% of your payment, including P&P, as a refund for the damaged item).
If you receive any damaged or missing products, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any complaints received after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
You will receive an insert in your box with information about each product. Each product is also labelled with recommended instructions for use.
We will give information on our website and the box insert, showing where you can buy more products from the same brand. We are hoping to stock individual products on our site soon, please check back soon for updates.
We create boxes that are as exciting and varied as possible. Although this is highly unlikely and we aim to avoid it, individual products that has proven popular and loved in the past may occasionally feature twice.
